Front End Design Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in an Epic design and implementation project that encompasses Cadence, Prelude, Cheers, and associated functionalities.

• Contribute to the optimization efforts for enterprise Patient Access.

• Offer specialized knowledge and expertise.

• Facilitate the redesign of workflows.

• Aid in establishing enterprise-wide standards.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams.

• Promote adoption and drive measurable improvements in performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in front-end support for Epic design and implementation initiatives.

• Extensive experience in senior healthcare operations consulting.

• Proven experience in optimizing Epic Patient Access, specifically with Cadence and Prelude.

• Basic knowledge of LeanTaaS implementation is a plus.

• Experience in enhancing access to Infusion Centers is a plus.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Prior Authorization (eMPA) strategy is a plus.

• Capability to provide specialized knowledge and facilitate the redesign of workflows.

• Ability to set enterprise standards and collaborate with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
