French Speaking Programme Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive delivery plan and coordinate 40+ simultaneous data product workstreams.

• Facilitate project governance by conducting daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, monthly Steering Committees, and phase-gate reviews.

• Keep the joint RAID log updated, manage change control processes, and ensure that project artifacts are up to date.

• Oversee resource management from initiation to ramp-down, monitor effort, forecast completion, and manage integrated squads.

• Take responsibility for the risk register and oversee critical cross-program dependencies.

• Act as the main point of contact for client leadership in both French and English.

• Ensure alignment of technical and business requirements between the francophone business sector and UK-based delivery capabilities.

• Promote a unified remote and cross-border team culture involving members from France and the UK.

• Implement knowledge transfer, enforce quality standards, and manage project closure and acceptance.

• Conduct sustainability and Responsible AI assessments while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and French.

• A recognized program management certification such as MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent.

• Agile certification, including Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.

• At least eight years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology programs, with a minimum of three years at a genuine program level.

• Proven track record in delivering data platform or large-scale data migration programs utilizing Databricks, Spark, or similar lakehouse environments.

• Experience managing supplier-led governance within a consultancy or systems integration context, accountable from start to finish to a client executive.

• Demonstrable experience managing Time and Materials commercials, including capped T&M, drawdown arrangements, burn tracking, day-rate resource models, and billing supported by timesheets.

• Formal experience in end-to-end change control processes, including Change Requests, impact assessments within a five-day service level, and obtaining Board and Steering approval through signatures.

• Experience in leading remote, cross-border delivery teams across at least two countries.

• Proven ability to establish governance frameworks from the ground up, including cadence, artifacts, and reporting rhythms.
