Freelance UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and craft intuitive, engaging, and user-focused interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing strategists, and clients to transform user requirements and business goals into digital experiences.

• Create, maintain, and adhere to design systems, component libraries, and style guides for FyerX and its clients.

• Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Prepare user journeys and preliminary layouts.

• Deliver creative UX concepts to stakeholders.

• Integrate feedback and usability testing insights to enhance designs.

• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design methodologies, micro-interactions, and digital platforms.

• Provide innovative product solutions for both internal initiatives and external client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of digital product, web, and mobile application design projects.

• At least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

• A portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframing, prototyping, and the final visual interface execution for complex web and mobile platforms.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• A solid understanding of the handoff processes for development teams.

• Strong knowledge of layout principles, information architecture, responsive design grids, typography, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.

• Capability to take a product brief from a basic concept to a refined, functional prototype that aligns with user needs and brand objectives.

• Excellent organizational, time-tracking, and project management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple design pipelines concurrently, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with remote engineering and marketing teams.

• Previous experience working with tech startups, marketing agencies, or product design studios is a plus.
