This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Translate, proofread, and conduct quality assurance on content from English to Kurdish Badini or Zaza.

• Manage content in highly-regulated sectors, mainly iGaming.

• Perform linguistic quality assessments on translation samples.

• Proactively communicate with Project Managers and ensure visibility across all tasks.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of language enthusiasts to create high-quality content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level Kurdish speaker with advanced proficiency in English.

• Qualified translator who meets one of the following criteria: a degree in translation or a language-related field; a degree in any discipline along with two years of full-time professional translation experience; or five years of full-time professional translating experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CAT tools, including memoQ and other localization software.

• Open to receiving and acting on constructive feedback.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple time-sensitive linguistic tasks.
