This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Deliver translations from Tamil to English and vice versa, encompassing brief summaries, comprehensive summaries, and full verbatim translations.

• Refine machine-generated translations to guarantee natural and professional phrasing while eliminating inaccuracies or AI errors.

• Ensure that English outputs are consistent with client style guides, tone, and branding requirements.

• Confirm names, dates, and technical details through thorough external research.

• Perform additional research to provide crucial context that may have been overlooked by AI tools.

• Create clear, client-ready English reports.

• Balance the use of AI tools with human oversight to manage high volumes of work efficiently and to a superior standard.

• Understand client requirements and adjust writing or research approaches as needed.

• Proficient in both Tamil and English (written).

• Background in translation, machine translation post-editing, or research writing.

• Excellent research abilities with a strong focus on factual accuracy and detail.
