Freelance Spanish Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Design, prepare, and deliver online lessons lasting 45 minutes for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that include language instruction and tailored coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Develop customized learning pathways.

• Monitor progress during lessons and establish clear objectives.

• Conduct online group classes that prioritize active learning and effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Spanish.

• A valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university qualifications.

• Experience in online education and delivering 1:1 coaching or personalized learning assistance.

• Fluency in additional languages: B2 level or higher in at least one other language.

• Bonus: Proficiency in more than two languages.

• Comfort in teaching topics such as presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and instruct students.

• Reliable high-speed internet, a modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance/contractor regulations.
