Freelance ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth technical interviews customized to align with candidate backgrounds and applicable ServiceNow modules.

• Utilize and enhance a structured evaluation framework to evaluate platform expertise, scripting skills, and practical problem-solving abilities.

• Produce comprehensive written evaluations and ratings for each candidate for internal assessment and client presentation.

• Verify claimed ServiceNow certifications.

• Convert assessment results into candidate skill tiers to facilitate hiring decisions.

• Conduct on-demand technical evaluations for candidates referred by external partners.

• Create and update internal training materials to enhance ServiceNow knowledge among non-technical personnel.

• Protect candidate information, assessment methods, and sensitive business data in accordance with confidentiality protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 15 years of practical ServiceNow experience in implementation, consulting, or architectural roles.

• Profound knowledge of ServiceNow platform scripting, encompassing Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ATF.

• Proficiency in Flow Designer and integration methods, including IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Previous experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technically evaluating ServiceNow professionals.

• Outstanding written communication abilities to provide clear, structured, and impartial feedback within tight deadlines.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently on a flexible freelance basis to achieve specified turnaround times.
