Freelance Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual one-on-one nutrition sessions and follow up proactively using the Nutrium platform.

• Assist members with various specialties and objectives, including preventive wellness, chronic condition management, weight management, GLP-1 support, gastrointestinal health, PCOS and women's health, as well as diabetes management.

• Record appointments and track member progress directly within the Nutrium platform.

• Collaborate with nutrition and product teams to enhance the SaaS product, application, care protocols, member experience, and workflows.

• Provide feedback to facilitate ongoing improvement.

• Uphold Nutrium's standard of care in every interaction with members.

• Contribute to the development of Nutrium Care's nutrition-care experience in India, focusing on member onboarding, follow-up structure, tools, and future enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science from an accredited institution.

• Registered as a Nutrition Science Professional with the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) via the AHPR portal.

• Legacy Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials from the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) recognized as a strong professional qualification.

• Able to provide care to members across various Indian states and regions.

• Fluency in Hindi along with a regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, or Bengali is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in English to engage with the international team.

• Comfortable with delivering virtual care and utilizing digital tools to manage a caseload effectively.

• A genuine interest in behavior change, evidence-based care, and long-term outcomes for members.

• Ideally knowledgeable about regionally relevant dietary patterns.

• Excellent and warm communication skills in both written and video formats.
