Freelance Presentation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality presentations for practical applications related to the Tendem project.

• Utilize visual communication, information design, and storytelling skills to craft clear and engaging presentations.

• Produce polished, presentation-ready materials using PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

• Design impactful pitch decks and professional one-pagers customized for distinct audiences.

• Convert complex data into clear visual narratives with a focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.

• Enhance presentations with custom typography, sophisticated animations, and cohesive visual design.

• Uphold a refined, convincing, premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.

• Ensure visual consistency, pacing, formatting quality, and brand compliance before final submission.

• Work independently and contribute to projects that align with your expertise while maintaining a flexible schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations.

• Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and information design principles.

• A methodical and detail-oriented mindset.

• Capacity to work autonomously and transform intricate narratives into high-quality visuals.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and similar tools for developing complex, dynamic, and well-animated decks.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.

• Ability to distill complex data and multi-layered hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.

• Advanced skills in custom fonts and creating smooth, elegant animations.

• Practical experience in crafting high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to visual excellence.

• A self-directed work ethic with the ability to independently resolve design challenges.

• Proficiency in English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher is required.

• Your CV must include a link to a portfolio that displays high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations.

• Applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant presentation examples will not be considered.
