Freelance Presentation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create impactful pitch decks and professional one-pagers specifically designed for targeted audiences.

• Transform intricate data into straightforward visual narratives, emphasizing minimalism and a well-defined information hierarchy.

• Enhance presentations with bespoke fonts, sophisticated animations, and a cohesive visual aesthetic.

• Employ a refined, convincing, premium blend of corporate and creative styles throughout various deliverables.

• Ensure visual consistency, pacing, formatting accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines prior to final submission.

• Produce presentation-ready materials utilizing PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

• Participate in Tendem project initiatives that align with personal expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization work.

• Comprehensive understanding of pacing, narrative structure, and information design principles.

• A systematic, detail-focused mindset.

• Capacity to work autonomously and convert complex narratives into high-quality visuals.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and comparable presentation software.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.

• Ability to distill complex data and multi-tiered hierarchical information into clear, minimalist visual narratives.

• Expertise in custom typography and the creation of smooth, sophisticated animations.

• Practical experience in developing high-end, premium designs that merge corporate and creative styles.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining visual excellence.

• Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to independently resolve design challenges.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher (mandatory).

• CV must include a link to a portfolio that displays high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization; applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant presentation examples will not be considered.
