Freelance Online Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, prepare, and deliver 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that blend language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Carry out needs assessments and evaluate students' proficiency levels.

• Develop customized learning pathways.

• Monitor student progress during lessons and establish clear objectives.

• Conduct online group classes for up to 5 participants in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Dutch.

• Emphasize active learning and communication in group sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency level in the language you will be teaching.

• A valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or equivalent university qualifications.

• Prior experience in online teaching and offering individualized coaching or tailored learning assistance.

• Proficiency in additional languages: B1 or higher in English if your primary teaching language is not English.

• B1 or higher in another language if English is your primary teaching language.

• Bonus: Ability to speak more than two languages.

• Comfortable teaching skills in presentation, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and cross-cultural communication.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and educate students.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• A modern laptop/PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local regulations regarding freelance or contract work.
