Freelance Online Mandarin Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and deliver online lessons lasting 45 minutes for corporate clientele.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that merge language instruction with tailored coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design customized learning pathways for each student.

• Monitor student progress throughout lessons.

• Establish clear learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin at C2 Level.

• Possession of a valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university qualifications.

• Experience in online education and providing 1:1 coaching or personalized educational support.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

• Ability to teach skills such as presentation techniques, negotiation strategies, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and instruct students.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local regulations for freelancers or contractors.
