Freelance Online Japanese Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Design, prepare, and deliver 45-minute online lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Facilitate one-on-one private lessons that merge language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs analyses and evaluate students' proficiency levels.

• Develop customized learning pathways.

• Monitor student progress throughout lessons.

• Establish clear learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency at C2 Level in Japanese.

• Possession of a valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university degrees.

• Experience in online teaching and providing one-on-one coaching or tailored learning assistance.

• A minimum of B2 level in English.

• Ability to teach presentation skills, negotiation techniques, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and instruct students.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• A modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Compliance with local freelance or contractor regulations.
