Freelance Online Italian Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and deliver online 45-minute lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate students’ proficiency levels.

• Develop customized learning pathways for each student.

• Monitor student progress throughout lessons and establish clear objectives.

• Facilitate online group classes that emphasize active learning and effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 Level proficiency in Italian.

• A valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university degrees.

• Experience in online teaching as well as in providing 1:1 coaching or personalized learning support.

• At least B1 proficiency in English.

• Comfortable teaching skills related to presentations, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, multicultural communication, etc.

• Outstanding communication skills to engage and instruct students effectively.

• High-speed internet connection.

• A modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance/contractor regulations.
