Freelance Multilingual Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Identifying candidates for positions on behalf of our client.

• Conducting searches within databases and other CV repositories.

• Efficiently screening and interviewing prospective candidates.

• Supplying candidates with all pertinent information regarding roles and clients.

• Effectively aligning job openings with candidates by assessing job descriptions and requirements.

• Presenting qualified applicants by submitting their CVs to our internal team.

• Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and Team Leader while collaborating within a defined team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch and English (C1–C2 level).

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.

• Understanding of the complete recruitment process and best practices.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and various recruitment tools.

• Strong skills in sourcing candidates and adeptness in utilizing recruitment platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
