Freelance Mechanical CAD, Simulation Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents functioning within a live CAD environment on extensive engineering assignments

• Create part geometries

• Develop benchmark solutions

• Evaluate the efforts of AI agents

• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the constructed geometries

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline

• A Master's or PhD is advantageous

• Over 5 years of professional, practical CAD modeling experience using CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar software

• Experience in preparing geometries for simulation with ANSYS or similar tools is highly desirable

• An active professional CAD license of your own (required)

• Proficient in Python and familiar with GitHub

• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher

• Estimated workload of approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases; workload is not guaranteed
