Freelance Mechanical CAD, Simulation Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in training and assessing AI agents operating within a real CAD environment on extensive engineering tasks.

• Create part geometries.

• Develop reference solutions.

• Evaluate the attempts made by AI agents.

• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the constructed geometries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of practical experience in CAD modeling (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or equivalent).

• Experience in preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is highly advantageous.

• A valid professional CAD license is mandatory.

• Proficient in Python and GitHub.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Estimated workload of approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases; consistent workload is not assured.
