Freelance Mechanical CAD, Simulation Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in training and assessing AI agents operating within a genuine CAD environment on extended engineering assignments.

• Create part geometries.

• Develop reference solutions.

• Evaluate the attempts of AI agents.

• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the constructed geometries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of hands-on professional experience in CAD modeling (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar tools).

• Experience in preparing geometries for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is highly advantageous.

• Possession of an active professional CAD license is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Python and GitHub.

• English language skills at B2 level or higher.

• Tasks may require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases; workload is not guaranteed and applies only while the project is ongoing.
