Freelance Marketing Designer – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Visual Designer and Design Lead to establish Qdrant’s visual identity across various marketing channels.

• Generate visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, blog entries, presentations, and promotional content.

• Aid in the design and updates of website pages and landing pages tailored to specific campaigns.

• Create banner advertisements, LinkedIn graphics, and other assets for performance marketing.

• Develop graphics and layouts for email marketing initiatives.

• Produce slide presentations, booth designs, and printed materials for events and conferences.

• Ensure that marketing visuals are in alignment with Qdrant’s brand identity and guidelines.

• Work on a project basis with a fluctuating workload based on project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in art direction and visual storytelling with a strong understanding of AI.

• Experienced in designing websites or marketing materials.

• Solid grasp of design principles and user interaction.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Practical experience with an established design system.

• Skilled in using creative AI tools such as MidJourney, Flora AI, Higgsfield, and Claude.

• Organized, capable of managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Web portfolio that showcases visual design work in marketing and web projects.

• Ability to work remotely from a qualifying location in the Americas.
