Freelance Linguist – Simplified Chinese to Swedish – Technical Automotive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive post-editing (MTPE) and/or proofreading tasks

• Translate and localize technical automotive materials from Simplified Chinese to Swedish

• Engage in a significant consumer electronics initiative

• Collaborate remotely on engaging projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Language pair: Simplified Chinese to Swedish

• Native proficiency (or equivalent) in Swedish

• Strong proficiency in Simplified Chinese

• Background in automotive translation and localization

• Experience in technical automotive translation and localization projects

• Familiarity with MTPE (full post-editing) and/or proofreading processes

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines

• Working hours should ideally overlap with the APAC region
