Freelance Linguist – Simplified Chinese to Norwegian, Technical Automotive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive post-editing (MTPE) and/or proofreading tasks.

• Translate and localize technical automotive materials from Simplified Chinese to Norwegian.

• Engage in a significant consumer electronics initiative.

• Arrange work hours to maximize overlap with the APAC region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Language pair: Simplified Chinese to Norwegian.

• Must be a native speaker (or have equivalent proficiency) in Norwegian.

• Strong command of Simplified Chinese.

• Proven experience in automotive translation and localization.

• Background in technical automotive translation and localization projects.

• Experience in full post-editing (MTPE) and/or proofreading.

• Detail-oriented and dependable.

• Capable of meeting stringent deadlines.
