📋 Description

• Create instructional materials for the IT Support Specialist course.

• Provide comprehensive and practical instruction on the course content.

• Accept teaching assignments with short and medium notice.

• Guide and support participants throughout the course.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the course is delivered as planned.

• Potential to take on full course production after the successful completion of the pilot phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven qualifications as an IT Support Specialist, or similar credentials in IT fundamentals, networking, virtualization, Windows administration, and IT security, or an equivalent background.

• Relevant professional experience in applying IT Support Specialist techniques and methodologies.

• Existing instructional materials for the program, or the initiative to develop them independently.

• Hands-on experience in adult education.

• A strong passion for sharing knowledge along with excellent teaching abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills, empathy, and technical expertise.

• Ability to work independently with flexibility.

• Confident use of digital tools and learning platforms.

• Submission of an instructor profile and relevant supporting documents.
