Freelance Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Join the Tendem project as a freelance Graphic Designer.

• Create professional logos and visual identity concepts based on creative briefs and brand specifications.

• Explore various logo concepts and develop effective visual symbols and systems.

• Consistently apply branding principles across multiple assets and formats.

• Design clean layouts, modern infographics, social media templates, one-pagers, and other marketing and communication materials.

• Utilize advanced typography, grid systems, colors, and composition to enhance visual materials.

• Transform raw data and concepts into refined visual assets that meet marketing and communication objectives.

• Ensure visual alignment, color accuracy, and layout consistency before final delivery.

• Work independently on a variety of visual design tasks while maintaining high quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is preferred.

• A strong portfolio showcasing professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity creation.

• A portfolio link must be included in the CV; applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant graphic design examples will not be considered.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is a plus.

• A solid understanding of branding principles, encompassing typography, color, visual language, consistency, and practical application across formats.

• Capability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into unique visual concepts.

• Exceptional understanding of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition.

• Proven experience in creating modern infographics and social media templates.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Extensive experience with Figma.

• Ability to adapt designs for one-pagers and digital templates.

• An adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset.

• A strong commitment to delivering polished, professional-grade assets.

• A self-directed work ethic with the ability to manage various visual tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is required.

• CV must be submitted in English.
