📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, execution quality, color usage, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to comprehensive rubrics to ensure uniform ratings across a large number of design samples.

• Detect issues in slides, ranging from minor font-size discrepancies to significant problems necessitating complete redesign.

• Revise flawed slides by referencing other slides to achieve a cohesive design.

• Assess and modify provided samples instead of generating new designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in design or the arts (degree or certificate required).

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, social media marketing, or a related marketing role.

• Proficiency in English at a B1 (Intermediate) level or above.

• A solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness.

• Remarkable attention to detail and the capability to sustain focus during repetitive tasks.
