This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to comprehensive rubrics to ensure uniform ratings across a large volume of design samples.

• Detect imperfections in individual slides, ranging from minor font-size discrepancies to major issues necessitating complete reconstruction.

• Revise flawed slides by referencing other slides to ensure design cohesion.

• Sign up on the platform, verify your identity, validate your skills, and commence work on various projects.

• Refrain from creating original designs; instead, assess and edit the provided samples in accordance with established guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in design or arts (either degree or certificate).

• Over 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, SMM specialist, or in a marketing role.

• Proficiency in English at the B1 (Intermediate) level or higher.

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and effective design principles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

• A portfolio is required for application submission.

• Confirmation of identity and validation of skills are mandatory.

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other contemporary design tools (preferred).

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training (preferred).
