Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions, ranging from 90 to 150 minutes, primarily online.

• Prepare based on the written brief a minimum of five working days prior to each session.

• Execute sessions following the established structure while upholding consistently high standards.

• Facilitate small-group practice, provide feedback, and coach participants in real-time.

• Navigate various participant dynamics, including skeptical senior attendees, quiet groups, and those focused on debate.

• Submit concise written session notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Participate in accreditation prior to the first client session.

• Stay open to observation and feedback after sessions.

• Potentially offer follow-up coaching to the same group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences within a corporate environment.

• Strong skills in online delivery, including managing breakout groups and virtual session logistics.

• Comfortable presenting material not personally authored while adhering to a prescribed structure.

• Proficient in conducting practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adults.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session documentation.

• Fluent and credible in professional English.

• Comfortable engaging with senior audiences.

• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures.

• Desirable: coaching qualification or experience in delivering one-on-one and group coaching.

• Desirable: proficiency in additional languages or experience working with international cohorts in a second language.

• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
