This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions, generally lasting between 90 to 150 minutes, primarily in an online format.

• Utilize session designs and written briefs developed by the Programme Scientist.

• Prepare for each session at least five working days prior.

• Facilitate structured practice, small-group activities, feedback, and on-the-spot coaching.

• Navigate diverse participant dynamics, including skeptical senior attendees and quieter groups.

• Provide brief written session notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Engage in accreditation prior to the inaugural client session.

• Maintain openness to observation and feedback post-sessions.

• Possibility of extending the role for follow-up coaching with the same group, subject to seniority and capability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences within a corporate environment.

• Proficient online delivery skills, including managing breakout groups and session mechanics.

• Comfortable presenting material that is not personally authored while adhering to a required structure.

• Adept at facilitating practice and providing direct, constructive feedback to adult learners.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in submitting session notes.

• Fluent and credible in professional English.

• At ease working with senior-level audiences.

• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working in diverse cultural settings.

• Desirable: coaching qualification or experience in delivering one-on-one and group coaching.

• Desirable: proficiency in additional languages or experience working with international cohorts in a second language.

• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design.
