Freelance Clinical Facilitator – Physician Associate/Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging and interactive simulated learning sessions for students participating in virtual placements.

• Assist students in enhancing their clinical knowledge and skills.

• Offer constructive feedback and foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

• Collaborate with university partners and internal colleagues to ensure students have an exceptional placement experience.

• Create or review high-quality course content and learning materials tailored for healthcare students.

• Develop accurate, engaging, and evidence-based educational resources.

• Ensure that content is reflective of current clinical practices and suitable for the intended audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid GMC registration as a Physician Associate.

• Significant experience in a clinical primary care environment.

• Background in supporting, supervising, or teaching healthcare students.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in using digital platforms and online learning tools.

• Strong IT skills, including expertise in Google Workspace.

• Capability to work independently and as part of a broader team.

• Dedication to providing high-quality education and supporting student learning.

• For content development tasks, skill in producing clear, accurate, and evidence-based written materials.

• Practice Educator training or qualification (desirable).

• Experience in developing or reviewing healthcare education materials (desirable).

• Background in delivering teaching or training in a virtual setting (desirable).
