Freelance Clinical Facilitator – Diagnostic Radiographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create or assess high-quality course content and educational materials for students in healthcare.

• Develop precise, engaging, and evidence-based resources that align with contemporary clinical practices.

• Conduct engaging and interactive simulated learning sessions for students participating in virtual placements.

• Assist students in enhancing their clinical knowledge and skills.

• Offer constructive feedback and help foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

• Collaborate with university partners and internal colleagues to guarantee an exceptional placement experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer.

• Significant experience in a clinical environment, including expertise in CT and MRI.

• Proven experience in supporting, supervising, or educating healthcare students.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms and online learning tools.

• Strong IT skills, particularly with Google Workspace.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a broader team.

• Dedication to providing high-quality education and enhancing student learning.

• For content development roles, the skill to produce clear, accurate, and evidence-based written resources.

• Experience with IV cannulation.

• Training or qualification as a Practice Educator.

• Membership in the Society and College of Radiographers.

• Experience in creating or evaluating healthcare education materials.

• Experience in delivering teaching or training in a virtual format.
