Freelance Auditor – AZAV Provider Approvals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform evaluations and audits at training providers.

• Evaluate program approvals.

• Examine program and provider documentation during the approval process.

• Record audit and evaluation reports.

• Prepare substantiated audit assessments for inclusion in our internal decision-making process.

• Liaise with providers to clarify inquiries or request any missing information.

• Work in collaboration with the certification body regarding certification decisions.

• Offer professional insights for the enhancement of audit methodologies.

• Optionally engage in special cases, formal statements, or appeal processes.

• You possess strong analytical, systematic, and responsible working skills—both independently and within a team.

• Excellent communication abilities, a spirit of teamwork, and diplomatic finesse.

• Proficient in using digital applications (MS Office, CRM, standard software).

• Exceptional written German language skills.

• A background in education, public administration, or business administration is beneficial.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience with an AZAV-approved provider is essential—preferably in a leadership role (e.g., program manager, site manager, quality management officer, or similar).

• Alternatively, experience with another recognized authority.

• Comprehensive understanding of the German Social Code, Book III (SGB III), the AZAV, and operational processes within provider organizations.
