Freelance Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Quality Officers utilizing audit preparation materials and supporting agendas.

• Prepare for audits by utilizing shared information.

• Perform audits at supplier locations in accordance with customer-specific needs and established agendas.

• Produce precise, high-quality audit reports within set timelines.

• Work with the Qualifyze team on report revisions and CAPA assessments.

• Deliver comprehensive and impartial audit findings.

• Complete the auditor qualification process and provide details of audit experience for future audit assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in Health & Life Sciences, or substantial long-term experience in the field.

• At least 10 years in the Pharma sector or a relevant Health & Life Sciences industry, if relying on industry experience.

• Strong practical experience within the applicable Health & Life Sciences sector.

• Documented history of conducting audits with consistent and verifiable audit activity in the past 3 years.

• Proof of relevant and accredited auditor training, or demonstrated experience in conducting initial audits under the supervision of seasoned auditors.

• Proficient level of English, both written and spoken.

• Capability to write reports and communicate professionally in English.

• Required certificates and qualifications, including a university degree, must be submitted.

• Professional liability insurance is required.

• Ability to conduct audits in relevant languages and indicate proficiency levels.

• Conduct audits with ethical, independent, and responsible behavior throughout all phases.

• Open-mindedness to various pieces of evidence and perspectives when forming audit conclusions.

• Respect for the auditee's workplace culture and regulations.

• Ability to comprehend individuals, processes, and culture across diverse situations.

• Flexibility to adapt while employing a logical, systematic approach to audit planning, execution, and reporting.
