This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with teams across various disciplines.
• Establish a comprehensive visual strategy and design principles for digital, brand, and product interactions.
• Manage the development of global design systems to ensure scalability, accessibility, and visual elegance.
• Work closely with C-suite executives and key client stakeholders to address intricate business challenges through design.
• Guarantee technical feasibility and strategic alignment throughout the process from ideation to launch.
• Promote design excellence and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies such as AI and spatial design.
• Enhance design workflows and philosophies to boost quality, agility, and profitability.
• Create strategic insights and moodboards.
• Lead intricate digital projects from initiation to completion, surpassing client expectations within budget and timelines.
• Define project direction and develop guidelines; provide assistance with production when necessary.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with client decision-makers as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and share ideas to enhance company operations and processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in visual and interactive design for global brands, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto layout.
• Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Strong expertise and experience in visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, and brand development.
• Experience in developing and maintaining a comprehensive design system.
• Capability to provide strategic vision and creative inspiration to large, diverse teams.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at navigating complex organizations, with a focus on strategic problem-solving and process efficiency.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
