Freelance AI Trainer, Marathi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Review, annotate, and assess AI outputs for grammatical precision, natural flow, and adherence to cultural context.

• Serve as a key quality assurance resource during production to spot and rectify nuanced cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in Marathi.

• Evaluate trends in task quality and independently create educational materials and feedback documentation.

• Deliver native-level language validation as projects scale.

• Provide expert linguistic advice throughout the production process.

• Work independently to conduct linguistic quality assurance and develop alignment resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic background in linguistics, education, or similar fields that demand a high level of linguistic attention.

• Prior, demonstrable experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Certified proficiency in the Marathi language at C1 or C2 level.

• Capability to convert raw feedback and quality data into organized, actionable educational materials.

• Attentive approach to language with the ability to pinpoint and amend subtle unnatural phrasing in their native language.

• Contractors are required to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet access.
