Freelance A-Level Sciences Learning Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in establishing the course hierarchy for A-Level Science programs.

• Ensure that the learning pathway is logically ordered, well-structured, and in accordance with curriculum and examination standards.

• Develop educational materials across various examination subjects.

• Create revision resources that align with examination criteria.

• Utilize AI technologies to generate high-quality educational content efficiently.

• Review and enhance colleagues' contributions for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the curriculum.

• Collaborate with the Education team to design Atom's A-Level Science courses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.

• Have studied any two of the following at A-Level (or equivalent): Physics, Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, Biology.

• Demonstrate strong expertise in A-Level Science.

• Exhibit the ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward terms.

• Show a passion for making math, science, and technology accessible to all learners.

• Capability to produce clear and engaging exam-oriented content promptly.

• Display curiosity and adaptability.

• Confidence in learning, experimenting with, and refining workflows that utilize AI.

• Recent experience in tutoring or teaching A-Level Physics, Chemistry, Maths, or Biology is a plus.

• A passion for the communication of Science/Maths and an understanding of what aids students in succeeding in assessments would give you an advantage.

• Evidence of a commitment to education through academic pursuits, volunteering, or personal projects would distinguish you.
