This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate and analyze high-risk transactions
• Detect unusual patterns in customer behavior
• Oversee activities across multiple payment gateways
• Establish risk-reduction protocols
• Manage sensitive customer engagements with care
• Perform confidential account assessments
• Address complex issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain the standards of community trust
• Assist in enhancing fraud prevention systems
• Record and refresh internal security protocols
• Identify weaknesses in current fraud prevention strategies
• Suggest improvements to processes
• Keep thorough records of fraud incidents
• Ensure compliance with internal policies
• Produce and evaluate metrics related to fraud prevention
• Collaborate with team members on risk assessments
• At least 3 years of experience in customer experience or related fields
• Established history in fraud analysis or risk management
• Familiarity with the e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong analytical and pattern recognition capabilities
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Capability to work independently with sound judgment
• Experience with various payment gateway systems
• Computer requirements: at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor or better
• Minimum internet speed of 40MBPS
• Headset with a noise-cancelling microphone and webcam
• Access to a backup computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Reliable internet connection
• Availability to work during US business hours
• Willingness to be available on weekends for urgent issues
