Franchise Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with franchisees, KOPs, and Restaurant General Managers within the assigned territory.

• Ensure adherence to company brand standards by franchisees and operations teams.

• Conduct an Operations Excellence Review annually for each restaurant, providing documented review and action plans.

• Facilitate field and in-store training during promotional rollouts and execute post-launch follow-up.

• Visit each store in the territory at least four times throughout the year, with documentation.

• Oversee annual P&L collection and arrange annual P&L performance reviews with franchisees.

• Promote new store growth through expandable franchisees and assist with transfer processes.

• Aid in operational testing and company initiatives relating to marketing, technology, and operational programs.

• Provide support for new franchisees and transfers during the opening phase.

• Collaborate with franchisees to develop LSM plans aimed at enhancing store sales and profits.

• Uphold strong administrative organization and complete necessary tasks diligently.

• Report directly to the Brand President of Round Table Pizza.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in supervisory franchise management or District-level multi-unit operations.

• Strong knowledge of P&L statements, inventory and cash control, customer service procedures, and QA/Food safety standards.

• Proficient in relevant business software, including the MS Office Suite, and associated hardware.

• Must be ServSafe Certified.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

• A valid credit card is required.

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

• The ideal candidate should be located in the Greater Bay Area.
