Franchise Business Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, ensuring prompt and effective communication.

• Facilitate connections between franchisees and internal resources while fostering alignment through ZeeNotes and other internal platforms.

• Deliver personalized support through consistent virtual and onsite coaching sessions.

• Conduct training sessions to enhance franchisee skills and promote accountability.

• Assist in annual planning, strategic goal setting, and performance monitoring.

• Support financial analysis and suggest operational enhancements.

• Guide franchisees through the Gametime Sales process and help elevate KPI performance.

• Promote lead generation strategies and aid in achieving sales objectives.

• Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and effectively utilize system tools.

• Provide coaching, training, and troubleshooting to promote operational consistency.

• Cultivate franchisee relationships and empower ongoing growth within the franchise system.

• Carry out other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A GED or high school diploma is mandatory.

• A minimum of two (2) years of industry experience is required in roofing, glass installation, spray foam, HVAC, painting, lighting, or window coverings.

• At least five (5) years of sales experience is essential.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a friendly demeanor.

• Self-driven with a strong intellectual curiosity.

• Capability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities.

• Ability to function both independently and within a team environment.

• A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.

• Competence to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up-like setting.

• Physical capability to stand, sit at a desk, see, hear, comprehend speech, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies and materials, and operate office equipment and computers.
