Fragrance Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Assess training requirements within the Danish market.

• Design, organize, and implement engaging training programs.

• Create course content and training resources aligned with the overarching strategy.

• Manage training initiatives throughout various sales cycles.

• Provide both live and digital product training to numerous retail staff.

• Conduct in-store training sessions across Denmark.

• Offer foundational and advanced education for store staff.

• Act as a representative of the fragrance brand in stores, motivating and guiding employees on product display and sales techniques.

• Engage in sell-out days, larger in-store events, and activities.

• Participate in public relations initiatives and influencer gatherings.

• Facilitate live shopping sessions on customer platforms.

• Organize both small and large in-store events for customers.

• Report revenue from the Danish market to the Nordic brand team.

• Stay informed about the designated brand and provide inspiring, motivating training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Danish, both written and verbal.

• Valid driver's license.

• Access to a personal vehicle.

• Readiness and capability to travel extensively across Denmark.

• Flexibility in working hours.

• Availability to work two Saturdays per month in accordance with store hours and customer traffic.

• Ability to work autonomously and take complete ownership of tasks.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
