Fractional Clinical Talent Scout

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and various clinical providers through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ACNM/AANP chapters, Facebook groups, contact lists, and specialized clinical communities.

• Implement targeted outreach initiatives, monitor conversion rates, and maintain a comprehensive and active pipeline across all available markets.

• Reconnect with silver medalists and ensure warm candidates remain engaged between interactions.

• Execute structured initial screenings that assess licensure, availability, location flexibility, and compensation.

• Present clear and polished candidate summaries to the designated recruiter using a standardized screening scorecard in Greenhouse.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates between touch-points until the handoff to the recruiter.

• Ensure all sourced candidates are accurately tracked and updated within the ATS.

• Provide daily updates on the recruiting tracker regarding the pipeline.

• Assist with physician sourcing initiatives as needed.

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment manager and clinical sourcing scout to ensure equitable candidate distribution among recruiters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in women's health recruitment is REQUIRED.

• Proficiency in sourcing CNMs, OB/GYNs, WHNPs, and other women's health-related positions.

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical sourcing across multiple states.

• Experience in creative pipeline development using targeted outreach methods for passive candidates.

• Previous experience in start-up environments with established KPI structures.
