⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with over 8 years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Income Statement management; or a High School Diploma/GED with more than 10 years of relevant experience.

• Proven track record in financial management within a complex, multi-layered business environment.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of building trust, challenging the status quo, and fostering consensus across various organizational levels.

• Established ability to distill complex financial concepts into straightforward, actionable insights for senior executives.

• Strong analytical aptitude with a history of identifying root causes and devising innovative, data-driven solutions.

• Demonstrated capability to lead significant programs from strategy to execution while balancing competing priorities and resources.

• Proactive mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and adept at helping the business adapt to evolving market dynamics.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
