This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the monthly GTM reporting process, encompassing pipeline generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and pipe-to-spend analysis by channel, along with variance analysis for leadership review.

• Manage the GTM budget and the re-forecasting cycle, which includes overseeing the demand-generation budget and reallocating channels within the fiscal year.

• Develop and maintain the pipeline coverage model segmented by channel to achieve booking targets.

• Oversee GTM unit economics, including CAC, payback period, lifetime value (LTV), and net revenue retention by segment, along with establishing measurement standards.

• Collaborate on sales capacity planning, addressing quota coverage, representative ramp-up, territory productivity, and necessary headcount.

• Work alongside the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) as the financial counterpart during pipeline reviews, channel strategy discussions, and budget reallocations.

• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses for evaluating new business opportunities.

• Report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

• Contribute to developing scalable processes and informing company strategy through financial analyses.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity, or GTM/sales finance within a high-growth startup environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Proficient financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

• Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce reporting, and AI tools.

• Experience in owning GTM forecasting and modeling is a plus.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and ambiguous setting.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

• Proven track record of process improvement and building scalable reporting infrastructure.

• Comfortable working in environments with imperfect attribution and skilled in suggesting solutions.

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a structured, problem-solving mindset.

• Proactive and hands-on approach with a readiness to take ownership of tasks.

• Must be eligible to work without employer visa sponsorship.
