FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting procedures, working closely with department leaders to ensure precision and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Create and sustain intricate financial models to predict business performance, assess new business opportunities, and evaluate potential investments.

• Compile and deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, emphasizing key trends, discrepancies, and business drivers.

• Act as a strategic business partner, offering financial advice and decision-making support to teams throughout the organization.

• Lead process enhancements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.

• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as requested by senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Demonstrated experience managing various stakeholders within a technology organization.

• Outstanding analytical and financial modeling abilities.

• High proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.

• MBA or CPA is an advantage.
