This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
• Serve as the functional owner of the Field Services ITR tool, Astro.
• Collaborate with IT to prioritize enhancements to the system and automate reporting processes that are currently manual.
• Oversee crucial integrations between Event Vision and ISM to guarantee the accuracy of pacing and reporting data.
• Spearhead the design and cross-functional implementation of global operating standards for Field Services fulfillments.
• Assist in enhancing the SIOP process to facilitate business transformation and boost profitability.
• Aid in Services planning, pacing, monthly closure, and reporting cycles.
• Ensure precise financial reporting and timely KPI delivery.
• Generate short- and medium-term forecasts by analyzing recent trends in relation to underlying base-cost drivers.
• Collaborate with Global Services FP&A, Operations, and regional ITR stakeholders.
• Connect operational output with financial results.
• Utilize data analytics to track performance, enhance cost visibility, and ensure complete cost liquidation across the organization.
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of financial experience in a global business setting.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to perform under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Proven history of consistently meeting and often surpassing expectations.
• A proactive mindset geared towards achieving results in a dynamic environment.
• An operational perspective with a keen interest in enhancing finance and business knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in driving process simplification and excellence utilizing modern data tools, especially the Microsoft Suite and Power BI.
• Preferred completion of finance management leadership programs, such as FMP or OFLP/CAS.
• Ability to quickly understand new concepts and adapt accordingly.
