This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with and assist in strategic conversations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver insightful analysis and foster trust to influence impactful decision-making.
• Manage the comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, which include budgeting, forecasting, Board reporting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee the administration and ongoing enhancement of Pigment, focusing on data model design, system integrations, forecasting models, and process optimization.
• Work alongside Finance colleagues to monitor performance metrics and KPIs, assess business outcomes, and promote stakeholder engagement and accountability.
• Simplify, optimize, and automate FP&A processes.
• Leverage forecasting and financial system capabilities to facilitate rapid global expansion.
• Recognize opportunities for operational improvement, revenue enhancement, or cost reduction.
• Proficient in financial modeling, with experience in creating and maintaining driver-based models.
• Proven experience managing a financial planning tool.
• Excellent communication abilities and a strong capacity to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels within the organization.
• Capability to translate model outputs into persuasive narrative summaries for leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Ability to prioritize goals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, alongside the ability to ensure follow-through.
• Demonstrated understanding of SaaS business models.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements and GAAP principles.
• Direct experience as a Pigment administrator (preferred).
• Familiarity with usage-based or consumption metrics and modeling (preferred).
• Experience with data systems and/or programming languages such as Python, SQL, or JavaScript (preferred).
• Executive presence and comfort in presenting directly to VP/C-suite stakeholders (preferred).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
