This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Company’s financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic financial analysis.
• Report directly to the CFO and collaborate with executive and functional leadership teams.
• Oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Create driver-based forecasts and provide insights into financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and maintain intricate financial models, scenario analyses, and project profitability assessments.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business and operational drivers, and effectively communicate performance, trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Technology leaders to enhance resource allocation, assess investments, and promote operational efficiency.
• Conduct monthly financial performance analyses, including budget and forecast variances.
• Work with Accounting to ensure alignment of financial results and management reporting.
• Lead pricing and gross margin analyses across various clients, service lines, and offerings.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance profitability in collaboration with Sales and Operations.
• Manage financial due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Construct and validate deal models while partnering throughout transaction execution.
• Oversee post-close financial integration, including the identification, tracking, and realization of synergies.
• Prepare board presentations, lender packages, and reports for private equity sponsors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive FP&A experience, including operating at a senior level and directly partnering with executive leadership.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise is essential.
• Proven ability to combine strategic financial thinking with hands-on execution, including financial model development, detailed analysis, and executive-level reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing, gross margin, and profitability analysis, preferably within a services or technology-enabled services context.
• Solid understanding of financial practices and procedures (GAAP/IFRS).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Proven capability to convey complex financial information to executives and investors.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Experience in a PE-owned company is preferred.
• Background in the LegalTech, SaaS, or eDiscovery/Professional Services industry is a significant advantage.
• An advanced degree, CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced qualification is preferred.
