This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review current financial models, reporting tools, assumptions, and data dependencies.
• Create and develop a streamlined, fully integrated, driver-based three-statement operating model using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Integrate enterprise sales cycles, implementation timelines, phased rollouts, deferred revenue, and multi-year contract structures.
• Record essential assumptions, inputs, calculations, and procedures for model maintenance.
• Design a standardized monthly flash-report package that encompasses financial performance, cash flow, forecasts, and pertinent SaaS metrics.
• Generate consistent quarterly board-reporting templates featuring clear, automated data visualizations.
• Minimize manual reporting efforts and enhance the consistency, transparency, and reliability of financial outputs.
• Establish documentation and processes that empower the internal Finance team to maintain the finalized reporting infrastructure.
• Assess information flow between RevOps, CRM pipeline data, implementation schedules, and revenue-recognition forecasting.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to the Closed Won-to-financial-forecast workflow.
• Decrease manual handling, redundant inputs, and model fragility.
• Conduct analyses on unit economics, margin performance, ASP and pricing trends, customer-level profitability, geography/product/segment performance, sales capacity and quota alignment, cash runway, hiring scenarios, and growth-versus-profitability trade-offs.
• Convert financial insights into data-driven recommendations for executive leadership.
• Identify significant financial risks, opportunities, and sensitivities.
• Provide counsel on customer profitability, cash management, resource allocation, and alignment of commission structures.
• Present recommendations and supporting analyses to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with designated Bidgely stakeholders while independently determining methods and approaches.
• Complete specified financial modeling, reporting, automation, and advisory deliverables during the initial three-month engagement.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related advisory roles.
• At least three years of direct experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• A minimum of two years of investment banking experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in constructing fully integrated, driver-based three-statement financial models from the ground up.
• Comprehensive understanding of ASC 606, deferred revenue, annual and multi-year SaaS contracts, and implementation-dependent revenue forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM and financial systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
• Background in developing executive and board-level financial reporting.
• Ability to articulate complex financial analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strong independent judgment and confidence to evaluate assumptions and uncover weaknesses in existing models.
• An established independent consulting practice or a proven track record of providing similar services to multiple clients is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
