This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Deliver actionable insights and promote financial discipline
• Drive process enhancements that unlock efficiency and value
• Assist in the CapEx approval process
• Oversee aspects of the revenue and forecasting cycle
• Work with marketing to develop recognition plans and tracking models
• Manage budget allocation and the operational spending model
• Optimize financial workflows
• Execute process automation and reporting improvements
• Aid in quarter-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• MBA/CPA/CFA is preferred
• Over 3 years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A
• Experience ideally supporting manufacturing and supply chain functions
• Strong skills in analytical thinking and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Capability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Proven track record in process improvement and automation projects
• Open to both remote and local candidates
