This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +5 more countries.
β’ Take charge of the technical architecture and foundational systems for GrowthBricks from inception.
β’ Collaborate directly with the product founder on architecture, core systems, integrations, and the agent layer.
β’ Design an architecture that encompasses business context, agents, memory, tools, integrations, and feedback loops.
β’ Create agentic workflows that analyze company context and operate across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
β’ Develop context extractors for sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM states, and campaign data.
β’ Engage in prompting, context management, memory, tool utilization, and orchestration.
β’ Integrate GrowthBricks with the existing GTM stack.
β’ Determine when to implement MCP, APIs, open-source frameworks, third-party tools, or custom solutions.
β’ Rapidly prototype, discard ineffective ideas, and transform successful concepts into production primitives.
β’ Write a significant amount of the initial code and make critical technical decisions.
β’ Deliver a functional product featuring core primitives for context extraction, memory, and orchestration within the first six months.
β’ Build a practical codebase and confirm that agent actions yield measurable business value.
β’ Hands-on experience in developing, assessing, and enhancing LLM applications, agents, or agentic workflows utilized by real users.
β’ Proven experience in designing backend systems, data models, APIs, and integrations.
β’ Familiarity with context management, memory patterns, prompting techniques, and tool orchestration.
β’ Comfort in zero-to-one environments with substantial technical autonomy.
β’ A practical mindset that prioritizes clear, straightforward solutions over unnecessary complexity.
β’ Confidence in making key architectural decisions while requirements are in flux.
β’ A focus on end-user impact and a willingness to iterate based on authentic feedback.
β’ A practical understanding of modern GTM stacks, such as CRMs, enrichment tools, or marketing automation, or sales/marketing workflows is advantageous.
β’ Experience in solution engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales, or developing software for GTM teams is particularly appealing.
β’ Knowledge of CRM, enrichment, outbound, automation, and product signals is a plus.
β’ Experience in automating sales or marketing workflows, particularly with agents or LLMs, is beneficial.
β’ Experience in owning a technical product from a blank repository to a product utilized by users is advantageous.
β’ GTM experience is not a requirement.
