This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of significant product areas from start to finish, encompassing customer discovery, technical design, implementation, launch, and iterative improvements.
• Develop essential Enterprise Intelligence components, such as the agent builder, brain pages, connectors, source transparency, calendar and meeting processes, and internal tools.
• Create reusable platform primitives for agents, including triggers, tools, approvals, evaluations, memory management, observability, and workflow execution.
• Transform complex, customer-specific workflows into reliable and scalable product experiences.
• Work across the technology stack utilizing React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, Postgres, background job systems, cloud infrastructure, LLM APIs, and retrieval systems.
• Ensure production readiness, focusing on tenant isolation, reliability, monitoring, permissions, data security, and secure connector access.
• Engage directly with customers through discovery calls, workflow assessments, debugging sessions, and support during implementation and launch.
• Leverage AI coding tools while exercising engineering judgment to build systems that are understandable, operable, and extensible.
• Contribute to shaping the product roadmap, technical architecture, engineering practices, and company culture.
• Within the first 30 days, gain a comprehensive understanding of the product, architecture, and customer context; identify critical gaps; and deliver a significant improvement.
• Within 60 days, take complete ownership of a core platform primitive or agent workflow, overseeing UX, reliability, evaluations, and observability.
• Within 90 days, independently manage a customer-facing workflow or a major Enterprise Intelligence component that is scalable beyond one customer.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a 0-to-1 journey as a founder, founding engineer, or early-stage startup employee preferred.
• Proven ability to build something significant from scratch, with clear evidence of personal decisions, trade-offs, and results.
• Strong full-stack decision-making skills encompassing product UI, backend APIs, data models, infrastructure, and customer requirements.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous product and platform challenges.
• Customer-centric approach to addressing pain points.
• Experience shipping AI-driven product features in production, or strong indicators of rapid learning and development in this domain.
• Capacity to balance speed with durability, understanding when to prototype, generalize, or reassess decisions.
• High level of agency, humility, strong product instincts, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members, as well as work directly with customers.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity while retaining decision-making authority.
• Enthusiastic about agents, RAG, tool calling, evaluations, and real-business edge cases.
• Nice to have: Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Celery or other background job systems, AWS, or similar technologies.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with integrations involving Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, CRMs, document systems, or other enterprise APIs.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of LLM evaluations, observability, retrieval, agent orchestration, prompt reliability, or tool-use reliability.
• Nice to have: Experience with secure multi-tenant enterprise software, permissions, and data access controls.
