Founder's Associate – Product Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage the bug and feature queue for internal tools.

• Assess requests and prioritize them based on their impact on the business.

• Resolve bugs and implement small features utilizing AI coding tools.

• Communicate with tool users to gain insights into underlying issues.

• Enhance the overall user experience, focusing on confusing or slow workflows.

• Conduct testing of changes prior to their release.

• Recognize and highlight modifications that may lead to regressions.

• Keep documentation up to date to facilitate future fixes.

• Undertake larger projects aimed at improving business operations.

• Collaborate directly with the COO and CCO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Business-oriented, with an emphasis on understanding the purpose behind developments and their impact on business metrics.

• Possesses a strong product sense and user-centric mindset.

• Has developed a side project, internal tool, application, automation, or something similar.

• Familiarity with databases, APIs, frontend/backend interactions, and dependencies when modifying tables.

• Thorough testing and comprehension of work before deployment.

• Proficient in written English.

• Energetic, fast-paced, proactive, and self-motivated.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, or Claude Code.

• Previous experience in a startup or recruiting/marketplace business is preferred but not mandatory.
